    Please review this policy along with IPflair’s terms and conditions, as they outline your rights and responsibilities regarding services provided by us.

We strive to deliver services according to the specifications and timelines indicated for each service. However, if we are unable to fulfil your request, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds will only be considered if there is a clear and visible deficiency in the service provided by IPflair.
  • Refunds will not be granted for a change of mind after payment, as long as there is no fault, defect, or responsibility attributable to IPflair.
  • If you request a refund after the work has been delivered and the change of mind is the sole reason, refunds will not be entertained.
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after the completion of a service —where completion has been communicated via email or other channels—will be deemed invalid and not considered.

Once a refund request is approved, we will inform you via email. The refund process may take a minimum of 15 business days, after which the amount will be credited to your bank account. We aim to handle the process with care and return your funds as promptly as possible.
